Haven't watched anything on how good the game is but it seems to review fine so far? Any of you tried it yet? With randoms or friends?

This is a community for discussion, news, and memes pertaining to the video game sub-genre "soulslike".
Given Lemmy's size, the definition of soulslike may be treated relatively loosely. While games like the numerous FromSoft titles, the recent Star Wars Jedi games, Lies of P, Nioh and similar games should be the focus, games that incorporate soulslike elements - like Hollow Knight and Blasphemous, for example - may also be discussed here.

I still haven't picked it up, but I probably will soon. I'm interested in trying it out, but I'm not as excited as I'd like to be, if that makes sense.
Oh yea, totally. I'd give it a try with a demo if they had one. But even though I'm into roguelikes, I'm not really wanting to get into this because I wasn't a huuge fan of Elden Ring and don't really want to play multiplayer. Just not really for me, I think.
I imagine I could get into it if I gave it a try, but between needing to get PS+ again, finding people to play with, and playing more Elden Ring, I'm just not that interested
