Honest question: what's the difference? Is it a joke? English is not my first language and I'd gladly take the chance to learn something new.
Just a lame joke about Cicero's fondness of nested statements and putting the verb as far into the sentence as possible XD
Ha! I briefly considered it to be a joke, but then started overthinking it too much. Now I feel dumb :D
