None of the MAGAzi regime actually believe this dumb shit. It's just an opportunity to terrorize a vocal opponent who refused to bend the knee. With every single one of these attacks they're sending a message, and that message is terrorism; that if you stand against them they might come after you and destroy your life.
It's no different to how they treat immigrants or anti-zionists; by claiming that they're all dangerous criminals and terrorists, so anything they do to them is "justified". It's straight out the nazi playbook and they're gonna continue expanding it to all "others" who oppose them.
