Everyone on that call should be fired, arrested and permanently lose clearance for discussing confidential information over a commercial service.

Everyone is focussing on the wrong problem. It’s not that there was a security breach because a journalist was accidentally invited. There was a security breach because this clown show thinks security policies don’t apply to them, because they are too “smart” or something. I’m positive there’s a policy against that sort of discussion on a commercial service. I’m positive that this could not have happened if they used the acceptable government service.

If y’all remember all the investigations about Hillary Clinton’s email server, this was the worry: shit happens when you violate policy by conducting government business outside of government services. Of course they made a giant media spectacle over Clinton for month? Years? And I don’t remember if they even found government business, especially since she was not elected to office. This clown show deserves at least as much attention, at least as much of a circus, but it was actual confidential information, an actual breach. Where are the consequences?
