The same way everyone gets it: a dealer. The dealers in the suburbs are a bit more upscale than your typical dealer in the inner city.

Here's an article from a Utah newspaper about it, which cites statistics and documentaries, and here's an article specifically about Utah meth use. Women on Ice is perhaps the best book on the subject.
