Failed scam attempt. I've worked for geeksquad for years. We never used "O" for 0. And we certainly never had a product called "CyberCore Shield - 48937" ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yeah that's the point. They want to find vulnerable people who aren't knowledgeable. Then they use scare tactics to make them pay.

If I recall correctly they would say the charge went through and they need to refund you, install a remote desktop program, make you log in to your bank then hide your screen with the program. They'll take money from your savings and put it in your checking then inspect element to say it's from geek squad, then say they overpaid!!! oh no!! And that if you keep that money you're getting deported or imprisoned! So you need to buy gift cards and send it to them, with your own money. It's horrible. Just get a fucking job.
