@Elgenzay @can Yes, it is legal in the US, under our First Amendment. Freedom of speech is unusually strong in the US. Even the President's best friends can throw Nazi salutes. In theory, the People should do something about that, if they want to, but it's not the right of government to decide who should think what and get to express it or not.

More technically, content-based government discrimination of expression is strictly forbidden under our constitution.
