Incitement is a real thing people should be concerned about. Anyway, I don't think there is any shortage in this world on known, effective, or creative methods to off people. Not really wanting to encourage peeps to be violent, but morbid curiosity is near universal these days.

I mean I would never incite people to violence, but one could for instance use these fancy blockchain and tor-network techs to set up a leaderboard that would award based on estimated net worth.

Could even incentivise what you like based on some sort of a voting system.

But I advocate none of this in real life, it's just for my fictional book; "Things which are required for the continuous existence of life as we knows it."
