Ok, Trump is an awful human. No doubt.
But can we also agree that the article's title is misleading? It seems clear to me that he didn't literally mean "hit her", but rather a political hit/verbal diarrhea.
Articles like these - and people quick to share them - make Democrats/left-leaning institutions look like they are grasping at straws. It's too bad because there are so many important, real topics that don't receive as much attention.
He's a rapist and pedophile, that's enough for me to hate him for life. Every other thing he says or does is just icing on the cake.
He says the things he says on purpose.
He's a supposed politician.
This isn't grasping at straws.
He is speaking to his base. His base... whom are lucky if they can rub two brain cells together for a spark... Are not going to take this as some political rhetoric.
Unless you think she has already physically hit him, it's painfully clear from the context that this is a political hit.
Your post just reads as a justification for being fooled by the title, or a justification for being outright dishonest. We can't shut on trump supporters for being so detached from reality while trying to pretend it's reasonable to believe he was talking about actually physically hitting her here. It's equally as detached from reality.
Absolutely. There's so many legit reasons to vote for Harris over Trump. This type of article is just noise.
I've been "not threatened" twice in my life, and someone once tried to set me up in a way that were hoping to get me for break and entering.
That's what criminals do. They'll use a suspicious amount of coercive control and people like Trump also use a lot of keywords too or guide followers towards doing things they want in a way they are protected
With Trump, it's genuinely not clear
Don't forget, this is a guide who clearly tried a coup, and started cracking jokes when Pelosi's husband got attacked
Don't think of him as a person, put everything he says in the context as the mafia. And suddenly, things seem a lot worse
I agree that he probably meant with words, but hitting back probably meant calling her a man or the n-word. I don't care if people take it the title the wrong way.
