TL is pretty good. IPT although has a bad reputation but has served me well over past 8 years. Besides that i would recommend MAM if you're into ebooks/audiobooks. They have invites open on Wed, Thur, Sat, Sun. and rutracker for music.
I always recommend MaM as a first tracker. There are a lot of audiobooks and also random things like the audio tracks from the Headspace meditation app. One just has to look around the site. The community is so supportive and the staff have the patience to teach new members about port forwarding, VPNs, seeding requirements and it has great freeleech content.
I am really happy with back-ups.me you have to do the whole discord invite thing but it wasn’t too bad and I’ve been able to get a ton of upload credit by just normal seeding. Backups is primarily focused on retro gaming but does have other more normal things.
Oops I think I replied to the wrong post.
Cheers mate!
Have heard about them and must admit I’m a bit skeptical, but I’ll do another round of reading up on them.
MAM looks good as the missus reads a lot on her tablet. Is it mostly English or other languages too?
Might have to set up Readarr as well now…
Readarr is not good at all imo. Radarr and Sonarr are great. Lidarr and Readarr are meh.
Many languages although English is primary.
and i'm not aware of any opensignups kind of communities on lemmy, there are not as many people here. Hopefully it changes in future.
