Even though I’ve worked in childcare almost all my life, I never really understood how having a child of my own would seriously increase my upper body strength. It looks like I lift weights all day cause I basically do.
This is where dad strength comes from.
Can confirm, am parent.
I have a thing for moms since my wife had a couple kids and has developed those strong arms/shoulders and definition.
