Alt: post about hiring someone without experience, but every five words there's a line break and then a blank line. Post ends with "agree?"

A true Mask off post. They're admitting that experience is BS, and that they only accept people based on feelings and not qualifications.

But, the current system helps them pretend that it is objective. It’s like meritocracy, it only exists in theory, not in practice.
