I know some of us still use older devices we like to listen to our music collections. So I was wondering what do you use. iPod classic, stream to old radio, etc. I'm curious.

Just like yams, qobuz is down on both squid.wtf and lucida. These companies are implementing super tough measures now. The accounts which were once used for piracy are getting stomped rapidly. Just a matter of time before deezer and tidal do the same and we'll be stuck with shitty 160kbps tracks.

edit : Q working on lucida (tidl is working there too). however it's somewhat slower compared to squid

i've pirated all my life, back then i didn't have any money and it was a norm at my place to pirate stuff, movies, games, music, apps etc, but now the situation is different, i earn well enough to afford most of the things, i have Netflix, prime, HBO, but even then, it has become my second nature to think of pirating the movie i want to watch, it's so hard to resist the urge.

Hi there,

I've been a frequent enjoyer of movies and shows through the not so legal route. Now I'm going to move to a dorm pretty soon and will use University internet.

I don't torrent or direct download, just stream and never had an issue at home (though I do live in a country that gives a fuck about piracy), but I've read some horror stories of people being blocked off their uni Wi-Fi due to piracy. I've also seen that they can theoretically see what sites I'm on.

My question is, would the occasionally streamed anime realistically trigger any alarms at my school's IT department? Do you think it's wort it to finally invest in a VPN just to be safe, or would that even do anything in that case?

I'm not really knowledgeable in these things, just a megathread surfer, so any opinion is appreciated.

My current setup is a 48TB (HDD) NAS and a 4TB (SSD) PC. I am trying to find a way to incorporate the 2 with the end goal of having my complete game library stored on the NAS side, and having a front end either cache the files locally during gameplay, or pull the entire game from the NAS to the PC prior to gameplay to ultimately achieve a seamless, Steam-like experience.

My best option I have found on my own would be to incorporate "Playnite" with either the "Local Library" or "NowPlaying Game Cacher" plugins; wondering if im correct or if anybody is doing anything different.

I trying to torrent to long-sought after series, and finally found a torrent for it.

However, no one is seeding it? There's 4 leechers.

What do I do?

I have downloaded Brave on my Android but after I turn off my screen it finishes the song playing but then stops. I also do not like the Youtube interface for playing music while driving. Can I also block Adds on Spotify. com with brave?

Is there an open-source etc. safe alternative cracked version for Youtube music, Spotify or a opensource safe Adblocker, where the chance getting a virus etc. is none?

Hey guys, I used to download videos using Internet download manager straight from a browser window that is playing it. Last time I did this was 2023. Now it asks for a license and doesn’t even give the 30 day trial. Anyone know alternatives?

I need help, specifically, i'm in search of a good IA that i can use as a "teacher" for questions for i can't understand or find an answer, something like chat gpt4 but without a limit to upload photos of questions of math or chemistry

i made a search at the megathread but most of the one's i found don't work

So I've been reading comics lately and I saw people suggest using Libby and Hoopla which are digital library services. Hoopla pretty much has every comic I'm looking for and it has panel-by-panel viewing which I also wanna use. I tried it but the panels are too low-res. I ended up just downloading them online, reading them on this one CBZ reader app I use and the experience is so much better.

I wish there was a Hoopla downloader but unfortunately they don't really work as well as Calibre does with Libby. So I guess I'll only be using them for audiobooks

Look, I know all about the megathread and FMHY. I just wanted to ask if there's a new "default" site in the movie torrenting world. First they took RARBG, then TorrentGalaxy... I used to go to these sites by default, without even thinking, and always find the movie I wanted. There are great sites for getting torrents, but I can't find anything with big convenient library of movies like these two. Is there a new king? Also, I know about QBittorrent's plugins, but I want to download from my phone so...
