Now that almost all methods to get Spotify premium features has been patched, I switched to the official one and let me tell you it hasn't been a good experience. You can't select a single song AND select a single playlist AND repeat songs or playlists AND change the timestamps for songs and so many other problems. I hope a new method comes out (For those that will ask why I can't use offline methods or another app: I use multiple devicee and they all have spotify as the main source of music- ranging from my smart speaker to my PlayStation )

I'm currently loading 500GB flashdrives that I plug into the back of my smart TV to watch media. I'm aware of Plex but I'm not really looking to get into any subscriptions unless it's really worth it.

So what are some better methods than what I'm doing that could possibly save my progress on an episode or atleast better organize all of the files? Any sort of free alternatives similar to Plex? Or should I just pony up the money?

I heard about black spigot but there are two issues with it Some plugins may contain malware (makes sense, everything is user submitted, maybe i should learn how to read plugins?) Black Spigot has paywalled plugins (yeah, paywalling pirated plugins 💀)

I need some help - I did everything as described in the real debrid guide on my PC and MANY of the shows or movies that come up say "No streams were found" and those that doesn't say that show up with what I'm assuming are where they are sourced (apple tv or Amazon prime for example), but when I click on the green arrow, nothing happens? Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any help would be appreciated.

I've been trying to get back into PC Minecraft after the last time I played was SEVERAL years ago with Tlauncher, that supposedly had spyware on it. Since it's not on Steam, it also cannot be found on most sites that rip games from it. I've also looked on Fitgirl, and it's not there either. So, where can I find Minecraft? Preferably the newest Java version, if possible.

Whenever I play a song, after being like halfway through it, it restarts. It's really frustrating.

I was wondering is it just me or is there a way to fix this?

That happens on every song as far as I'm aware. But when I'm in the app, it happens fewer times, than when the phone is locked.

Edit: I meant the song restarts, not the app.

Spotify pushed out the new changes to more countries, now including mine, making more modded APKs useless. While waiting for them to come back, the best alternative I found so far is ReFreezer. It lets you import your playlists from spotify, has no ads AFAIK, has most songs Spotify also has, and while some features might be missing, it's still the best alternative I found so far.

edit: I've noticed importing larger spotify playlists sometimes takes a few tries until it imports them fully, and for some reason the track count it shows doesn't seem to be accurate, but besides that it works.

EDIT 2: there is a mod for esound music on happymod. it's quite unknown but it seems quite good and seems to work well so far. just has no native way of importing songs, gotta use a 3rd party service. feels almost better than spotify

Hi! First of all I don't know anything about piracy other than how to do sims 4 DLC and ebooks for my kindle. But every single one of my books disappeared last Tuesday. I'm genuinely devastated, I had so many annotations and highlights, also my ex who just dumped me gave me that kindle and downloaded most of those books for me so it's very painful lol.

I wish I could get back the books along with my notes, but even if that isn't possible I still want to be able to add more to my kindle. The only problem is that they aren't showing up. I'm doing the exact same thing I used to do, which is just downloading the EPUB files off z-library. Exact same page, same account, same link as I was using before, and they aren't showing up.

People are saying to use calibre so I'm going to try that next, but I'm still confused as to what amazon could've done to cause this.

I have this Mac Mini at home I use only for watch streaming.

Is it possible to turn this mac Mini it into some sort of Google Drive that I can access during the day from work, backup files, pictures and stuff, but still use it at night to watch Stremio, Netflix, etc.?

So I purchased my very first extern blu ray reader/burner, my first blu ray movie. I ripped the movie using MakeMKV.

I do have a few things I don't understand. First, the movie I purchased is Blu ray. Does this mean, after ripping with MakeMKV, it becomes MKV instead of Blu ray? Or is this just a file extention .mkv so windows/apple/linux devices can read this file? (since then can't read blu ray), but the movie itself stays Blu ray?

When I click on media information in VLC the codec shows: Windows Media Video VC1 WVC1, Shouldn't this be Blu ray?).

Also, how do you guys rename your files? So my movie is a 1920x1080 blu ray, what is the best way to rename the file? The name should exist of movie name, dimension, blue ray but which version? Is it BD-RIP? Sound meta? Is it DD 5.1?

How can I found out all these informations?

The MakeMKV information before ripping shows other things than after ripping within VLC meta information. Which one should I believe and use as the filename?

One of the only disavantage piracy has is its not immediately apparent how to keep up with your progress when you are watching multiple series. I am looking for a way to easily track this.

I thought windows last accessed may be useful but it updates whenever my torrent client loads.

I'm trying to setup a Plex server, but whenever I want a show, I have to hunt down each episode and torrent it, and when family members want to watch something, it'll take me hours to find and download whatever they want. Is there an easier way to do this?
