We shouldn't be importing any oil into Canada, we have more than enough. The US takes our heavy oil and refines it into better products, some of which come back, and that shouldn't be allowed either.
We should be using our oil for our needs and using the royalties to transition off oil.
Importing Russian oil that passed through India makes no sense what so ever other than to buy it dirt cheap. Go after the oil refiners that may be bringing that oil in and fine the living shit out of them.
Sounds typical for a for profit business. That being said, doesn't sound right at all, there are few enough resources for veterans and this sounds like there is more money to be made by public citizens being put in there instead of the veterans.
They need an in-depth investigation and charges brought to those who are at fault including the bell ends at the top.
