Anyone watch it yet? I wasn't a huge fan of the first season and wondering if it's worth it.

It’s not as good as the first, but it’s not bad either. It starts strong and kinda dwindles in the second half as characters start doing dumb things to keep the plot moving. It’s only 7 episodes so you can probably get through it in a couple of days.
That's interesting, with it only being 7 episodes and hearing you're thoughts that it losses it's way towards the end, I sometimes wonder if these things should just be a movie.
Like a lot of the marvel TV shows. They largely felt like drawn out movies rather than a TV show, and in my opinion suffered for it.
You actually guessed it. Season 2 is half of the final story, and so it ends on a cliffhanger. They should’ve just made it into a 10 episode season and be done with it, so they could cut off all the unnecessary stuff.
Oh god, I think for that reason alone I won't bother with it. I'm still pissed at how Stranger Things was handled.
I liked the first season, the second not quite as good but still worth watching.
Nah. The first season had a powerful and clear ending. Publishing a s2 seems to be more of the meaningless greed than the first season so soundly condemned.
