If you telegraph weakness to the voting public, and then end up staying in the race, that will be a millstone around your neck. Oh man, this by a mile. This game is pure discovery, which means that 1) any spoiler is something you will never experience for yourself the first time, and 2) once completed, it has basically zero replay value. I am still mourning that second point.
