Don't worry, soon they'll stop doing press briefings like they did in the first Trump term, which apparently everyone has forgotten about.

Yeah, that's because moral relativism is cool when you live in a free and decent society.

The irony is that you can afford to debate morality when society is moral and you're not facing an onslaught of inhumanity in the form of fascism and unchecked greed that's threatening any hope for a future.

But when shit hits the fan, morality becomes pretty fucking clear. And that's what's happening right now. Philosophical debates about morality are out the window when you're facing an existential threat.

In February, Trump fired the chair of the Kennedy Center board, David Rubinstein, and appointed himself to the position. He also dismissed numerous trustees and brought in new board members, including Usha Vance.

“I have decided to immediately terminate multiple individuals from the Board of Trustees, including the Chairman, who do not share our Vision for a Golden Age in Arts and Culture,” the president wrote on Truth Social.

In a separate post, Trump shared an AI-generated image of himself dressed as a conductor alongside a caption that read, “welcome to the New Kennedy Center.”

He also expressed discontent with the “direction” the Kennedy Center was taking with its shows.

“Just last year, the Kennedy Center featured Drag Shows specifically targeting our youth — THIS WILL STOP. The Kennedy Center is an American Jewel, and must reflect the brightest STARS on its stage from all across our Nation. For the Kennedy Center, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!” he wrote.

In response to the president’s takeover of the iconic venue, which typically takes a neutral political stance, the producers of the hit stage musical Hamilton cancelled a run set for 2026. Actor and musician Issa Rae, among other artists, took the same route.

The Washington Opera and the National Symphony Orchestra both call the Kennedy Center home. The centre puts on more than 2,000 performances annually.

The National Post is US-owned and conservative-leaning.

Jesus fuck... These fucking people are so fucking weak. It's pathetic.

Grow some fucking balls. This was the moment to unite Europe and the free world with Ukraine, but these guys are so feckless.

How is a one-month truce gonna prove anything? You can't trust anything Putin says or Trump. Get that into your fucking skulls.

It's fucking incredible how people learn nothing from history.

These two idiots, Trump and Putin, only respond to strength, not this weak wishy-washy "let's give it a month just to see" shit.

Europe and Canada should be having a field day recruiting disgruntled employees.

The brain-drain is going to be serious in the US in the coming years if there is no civil war or world war.

People are being bombarded with low quality information and disinformation.

They get their news from people like Joe Rogan, tik tok, Facebook, twitter, and their other stupid friends.

While the "good" people are trying to share quality information (truth), which takes time and effort, the "bad" people just straight up lie. So they can flood all these channels with their lies, and people just eat it up.

What's astonishing is that the governments are just letting all this happen. Just letting these tech companies peddle all these lies without any pushback.

Only Brazil seems to be actually doing something about Twitter and Musk, for example. Why haven't other countries cracked down on Musk? It's baffling...
