I'm referring to the trend of posts criticizing (via memes) twitter screenshots. https://lemmy.world/post/1348807 https://sopuli.xyz/post/1213803 https://lemm.ee/post/1007393
it is essentially echoing ideas as old as twitter/reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/unpopularopinion/comments/jeyscl/a_twitter_screenshot_is_not_a_meme/
I don't have anything to add per se.

I'm a lurker doing a little posting/commenting to "be the change I want to see" so to speak. If lemmy gets bigger, I will likely return to my lurker ways.

They sure did get right back on that bike though.
I'm honestly more curious about this than I was about any of the locked safes.
Dang... I just signed up and picked that instance since it's powered by renewables and the agora exists. I'll give it a minute to see how things go, but looks like I should switch to another instance.
I mean... Not really. But tbh, if anyone feels like "all nudity is bad" in America, it's the GOP. So, there is significant irony in a party member potentially participating in dissemination - knowing the number of times any involvement in the past has been criticized on these very grounds.
