OK but this is the storefront without DRM. It's the biggest one that doesn't make you rely on it.

They told everyone and nobody cared, turns out people care if a YouTube video is made framing the same thing differently. Like yeah, Honey's practice is bad for the creator industry, but is it bad enough to bring it back to the people who took their money? No, I don't think so.I think this is more of an example of how easy it is to get the masses angry with a YouTube video than anything. It's good that more people are going to move away from this information harvesting app, but I really feel like the reaction and hatred is overblown and, at least for the hatred towards creators, unwarranted.

The way I see it, people still take money from predatory gambling sites, and if any creator deserves pushback, it's them.

Some very vocal people on Lemmy just love hating on LTT. I don't think this topic was worth them making a main channel video on, I think their forum post was good and I believe they even mentioned this functionality of Honey a few times on the WAN show. It wasn't a secret, and anyone who cared to do in-depth research on a potential sponsor could have found out.

Fox News and other right-wing networks convince them they are voting for (or more frequently against) something else. Most of those people simply don't know, and won't believe you if you tell them.

Difficulty 3 on robot planets with good visibility is my preference. I think it's because there are fewer items in the loot tables in 3 so I run across super credits more often. (I'm not who you responded to, but figured I could chime in)

Also removes the joke of the kid having more complex thoughts.

Its a reference to how they do their baptisms.

Sorry if I'm being unintentionally obtuse, this is a genuine question, what's not normalized about it? I can't remember the last time I had a conversation about my faith or lack thereof. Could just be my location and circles I hang out with, but I don't know many people, especially my age or younger, who really care one way or another.

Would probably flow more naturally and avoid unwanted conversation if you used "on earth" or something else universally experienced instead of "in athieism" which leads to the same problem you were complaining about but from a different group.

Hey friend what happened to your account? I wanted to see how you were doing after the election. Stinks that you're not here anymore. Hope you're doing ok.

If you go into your match history or any counterstrike community you will see lots and lots of banned CS2 players. It seems the latest ban wave has some sort of mistake and lots of innocent players are involved. I am personally not banned but a few of my friends who were definitely not cheating were banned.

It also seems that playing a game right now has decent odds of banning you mid-game. There's lots of footage of this happening during mundane gunfights.

With the scale of this, there's no way they don't reverse most, if not all, bans in this wave. There's simply no way that this many players were actually cheating.

Just putting something here in case someone who avoids other social media wants to know what's going on.
