I've got a 5.5mo and I still haven't figured it out...this point she's going to learn to hold her bottle before I figure it out. The chin hold is only temporary because she likes to wiggle.

How do you get stuck in a dryer and how did it get repeated?

A lot of minute tolkien lore before or after the hobbit and LOTR wasn't published while Tolkien was alive (silmarillion being an exception). He often changed stuff during the writing process. Christopher (his son) compiled his notes into semblances of finished work but it is debatable whether things would have been written as they are for things like children of hurin and other smaller works. So it's official in that it was published but may not have remained "canon" if Tolkien was alive.

The only other half-elf who died of natural causes after choosing mortality was Elros, Elronds brother and Aragorns great(× a few) grandfather. He lived to 500.

It's still a social media site. What you get out of it is very dependent on tags and people followed to my understanding. Not so different from reddit and lemmy experience being dependent on the communities and active posters/commenters.

This isnt like the clone is grown in a vat, their DNA is used in embryos and implanted into a mare. This is not cost effective for meat production.

Lab grown meat is a thing nowadays but is still relatively small scale compared to farming. It claims to be more environmental friendly but I personally doubt that.

Bro had centuries of essentially the opposite of a therapist. Not sure anyone would be able to fix that.

Bit harder in contested airspace and signal jamming galore. They have to use drones with fiber optic cables for a reason. GPS is very unreliable in the area.

There are a number of protocols available that use ethanol instead of formaldehyde here's one.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2772753X24002089#sec0013

This articles protocol is as follows:

  1. Harvest algae, wash with tap water, soak in chlorinated water (25ppm) for 30min then dried at 45C.

  2. Grind dried algae and store in airtight container.

  3. 6g of dried sample wash soaked in 99% ethanol for 3h then dried again at 40C, repeat.

  4. Pretreated algae then had 30% citric acid added til pH was 1.

  5. Sample was then ultrasonicated (180W, 15min). Washed with distilled water.

  6. 2% sodium carbonate added (w/v) pH10 with magnetic stirring for 90min at 80C

  7. Filter, supernatant precipitated by addition of 2 volumes 100% EtOH, centrifuge and dry pellet at 40C for 15h.
