Transformers don't physically connect, in a transformer there's a coil on each side of input and output, and the electricity is transmitted by induction.
But I enjoy the thought of being connected with people through electricity!
Busy, but not so bad. Reading the news though, fills me with so much pessimism π. I feel so powerless that people around me keep saying "there's nothing to do about it, why do you care?" Well, I think if we want to have an impact we have to care enough and find the opportunity to act.

Ikr... I don't even own a car, I walk to work, take the MRT everywhere etc. and the Americans are electing a president who says "Drill baby, drill". I'm not an American, but it will affect us all... I live in Taiwan now and I'm fucking afraid of what his presidency will do to the geopolitical balance with China.
Just ran a half marathon today. Finished at 2:12. I was aiming for 2hrs but I still have a lot of room for improvement.
Followed the 2hrs pacers for 6km, finally accepted that it wasn't sustainable for me yet (HR reached 190).
Planning to do some deadlifts in the upcoming months before getting back to higher running volume.
The damage has been done, probably π
