Usually a thick mask with a valve to let air out, it's like 3mm thick. Well underground first thing is to water down the entire working area, helps in cooling the area as well. So everything needs to stay wet. Next with masks in place, you still have to monitor, usually a handful of employees will wear a device that monitors their exposure as well as devices at specific areas of work. Then there is the medical monitoring were every 3-6 months a Xray, will be done and lung capacity and performance will be tested on each employee.

I work in the mining industry and we had a huge issue with silicosis. The dust that destroys your lungs is about smaller than 7 microns. That size any and all things like mucous and other bodily mechanisms to catch the dust fails, and the silicon crystal with its sharp edges enters and cuts the alveoli and scar tissue forms making any gas exchange almost impossible. And you can usually only see up to 25 microns, so basically the air looks clean, you don't feel the dust entering your lungs there is no way to tell except getting winded easier, thinking maybe you have become less fit and it progresses slowly until you realise something is amiss, then it is to late, irreversible damage that can be fatal

This is like the best advertisement ever for the brand. Like they get the infamy without killing someone, basically became certified cool like the warning sticker on music albums in the 90s

I would take the $500 upfront and just log in to Squarespace or whatever website building service there is, do a simple design, tell him he needs to pay this subscription, argue with him and dad why there must be monthly or annual fees and they could have done this themselves for cheaper, whichever way they chose to pay the subscription or not I still get $500 for 2 hours work and the knowledge my father won't bother me again with website designs

I was always on Linux since Varsity but two years ago when I bought a gaming Laptop, it had Windows 11 on and worked great. I thought I would give it a chance and it was great especially for gaming. Luckily a lot of the open source software I was used to were available on windows. I also liked some of the Linux tools like the cmd tools being adopted by windows.

But yesterday, after two years of seeing issues pile up and the system degrading, I thought how is the grass back on the other side, since I am sick of this shit. Installed my go to distro, Mint, and god what a fucking idiot I feel like. Even if Windows improved since I used it back from 8, but how much has Linux improved in these last two years, like eons compared to windows. My system is smooth and fast, hell my Cyberpunk 2077 runs amazing, even better and less crashing with nothing more than install and no other settings from steam. Chef's kiss

I think step porn is so popular because it basically establishes a relationship beforehand, even though it is familial. This gives our guy or whatever proxy for the audience they use a preexisting relationship (creates a taboo and and a reason why they know each other), proximity and opportunities for interaction, no need to go to a bar or whatever (makes the script easy to explain why they are forced together in a situation.

I think it makes creating porn easier since it quickly explains why these two or more people are around each other in a lonely house or hotel room (ease of filming venue), gives them a preexisting relationship with maybe hidden desire (no wooing or any modern prerequisites before meeting a potential sexual partner), it's a bit taboo but easily ignored by the majority of the audience, and finally an established easy premise to follow and write with a lot of variation to the formula.

After school satan is an initiative from The Satanic Temple, or TST, they are different from the Church of Satan, like Catholic and Protestant are different. TST is basically the politically active one and they do not follow the satanic bible but rather have the seven tenets

Conservatives: get a job you homeless, like all the hard working people. Workers: so you care about workers rights and a fair living wage? Conservatives: get out of here with your socialism..... And the list continues

Fucking awefull, may history never forget wimp king leopold ii and the Belgian people that helped destroy the Congo and its people. A kid was mutilated because his father did not meet his slave quota.

I liked the prequel because of the mirror between Luke and Anakin. Luke had friends, a caring loving family, was born into royalty but grew up in the slums, his teachings were to be his most self and he had agency in how he wanted his destiny to turn out, not being pressed into a box of expectations and limitations. The list goes on but I always loved the idea George Lucas had, felt like he just needed to solidify his ideas a bit more
