I've been a PM for about 7 years and God do I miss waterfall. My team is lucky to get a week or two of testing now and that usually puts us right at code freeze so any issues we find we now have to justify to multiple teams and dev on why it needs to be fixed.

I constantly catch myself tapping with 2 fingers on a piece of paper to undo as if I'm on my iPad. It hurts my brain each time
I saw a TikTok of someone being held in airport jail and happy that they at least gave them some Burger King. Someone left a comment, "aren't we supposed to be boycotting BK though?" I actively felt like I was going insane reading that

Yeah with how well this is written, a daily or weekly blog analyzing your feelings would be a great read and possibly have a side benefit of getting a grasp on the "why" and moving forward. Plus creative outlets are amazing at breaking up the dull monotony you're describing

I unironically think nic cage would kill it in a parody of this idea. Randomly gets and loses a prosthetic finger between scenes. The background changes slightly randomly. And instead of a full script he's given the equivalent of a prompt for each scene and just has to "figure it out"
