Ukraine usually sends experienced soldiers who have at least some knowledge of foreign language to train abroad. I don't think it's different for the pilots

Oleshky, in the Kherson region, is suffering from flooding. The Russian occupational administration of the city declared that the situation there is the most difficult of all settlements on the left bank of the Dnipro.

The occupiers do not provide enough help to the local residents. Viktoria and her children were trying to save themselves from the flooding by staying on the roof, until her relative told her about the possibility of evacuation to the Ukrainian-controlled Right Bank. The history of the family is in the video.
