No, I'm Dutch, I was born and raised here without influence of the Norwegian culture.
Oh, I guess that’s where we differ. My family is from Leipzig, and the “German culture” (which is largely different from that of Americans in my particular state) was something engrained in me since birth.
I also spent 1/3 of my life visiting family in Germany.
But more importantly, my comment was mostly a remark about the idiocy of American politics, and how I’d like to distance myself from the notion of “Americanism” as much as possible, even on a genetic level.

It’s not even a real challenge. They’re either too easy, or they instakill, which just ruins the entire experience.
The whole, “Ahh, you thought I was dead, but now I’m changing” bullshit gets old, too. They’re granted a new, full health bar. Neat.
It doesn’t seem like they’ve done much balancing at all, unless they’ve nerfed builds. That’s about it.
Had a user here on the Tankie thread that was obviously just being contentious for the sake of it, and being insulting to users here.
I hate being that person who bans, deletes posts, etc. It seems kind of authoritarian to me. So please, lovely Lemmings, be cool to each other.

Once everything was locked down, the small business I was using locally to supply exotic wood (and not-so-exotic) could no longer deliver. I offered to make multiple trips to haul it myself, but then they started going under as well. No one could deliver to them, so they couldn't sell.
It broke my heart for them. They were a small, family-owned company. Last I saw, they're no longer in business. So sad that they lost what they had...
I was lucky, since I wasn't making a whole lot anyway, so I didn't really lose too much. I supplemented the loss by going back to doing an "essential" trade.
Really makes me wonder what could've been, though...
