While I still "subscribe" to Humble, I don't recall the last time I actually unpaused a month. Maybe this is the push I needed. Their offerings have been mostly subpar after they bought Humble. Not knocking the indie devs, I think my gaming tastes have changes over the years. Also, I don't need coupons for DLC, please and thank you.
He was already on leave following an incident in December, 2023 when he was arrested after crashing his car while possessing 20 unprescribed Xanax pills.
Sounds like he was outright delusional, and it very much feels like these two events are joined at the hip.
While it was extremely limited due to the tech at the time, I truly enjoyed this and SimCopter for the ability to drive/fly around your created cities. Would love to have seen some semblance of physics included. I just recall any cars you drove up/down hills just conformed to the terrain. Was still extremely fun.
Kurzgesagt Time! They have a 12,024 Human Era calendar (but it's sold out :/ ). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czgOWmtGVGs
Looks like it's still for sale in some capacity on Amazon (looked it up by the ISBN). First print was 1979, so it dates itself. The sample pages are... interesting.
Ah, not a worry. I'm sure I'll find "the one" soon enough. Thanks!
The XQ2! My weekend sesh tends to revolve around a few balloons, gets me above the clouds rather nicely.
What tree is that? We have a rather chonky boi that we think is a Bengal mix, and there are days we think he'll topple over the regular sized trees we have (we have 3 other "normal" sized kittehs). I know they make large cat trees specifically for this, but any recs are welcome!
Also, of course he's an awesome kitteh.
Just threw Zorin on my secondhand x220, but been using the Thinkpad as a low end test bench so that may change. Runs surprisingly well, although I do need a new battery soon ("dies" at ~40%).
I saw them for the first time back in October after a friend got me hooked on their style. Synthwave is definitely a genre I need more of. I keep rewatching a video someone made at the concert, and it's nothing short of fantastic.
