More like "yes and" fun outcomes) - if he's off digging up magic bugs or trying to find sticks in a castle, hey, that's a raised eyebrow and a storytelling opportunity. Wants to dig up rocks? He's gotta put it somewhere. Bag full of rocks? Someone's gonna notice.
The term for what you're looking for is "organizing," which is much harder and involved than "activism" (as defined when contasted to each other). It's also much more durable, and packs a hell of a punch.
