The Zojirushi bread machines are very nice but you don’t need one if you want to make excellent breads and jams. For the most part, the technology in bread makers peaked in the 90s and I’ve never seen a thrift store that didn’t have an entire aisle of them dirt cheap.

I have a late 90s Breadman I paid 20 bucks for years ago (which is expensive but it was new in box) and it’s paid for itself many times over. It makes great sandwich bread and I use it to make all kinds of doughs for other bread products. I make a nice Italian loaf, English muffins, pizza dough, etc.

It paid for itself the first month I had it. Never really felt the need to upgrade.

But instead fined him $5,000. This headline is stupid.

The choice should be easy since most of their base is literally close to death. The trumpanzee wing is demographically doomed this decade. That’s what makes them so dangerous since they need to seize as much power as possible very quickly or they’re done forever.

It was pretty bananas for a minute. The Mazda dealership offered us 5,000 more than we paid brand new for my wife’s Mazda 3 in 2018. I told the salesperson that it makes no fucking sense and he couldn’t explain it either. Didn’t go for it for a bunch of reasons but it was really odd.

Because I discovered the Greenday album with the same name as a teenager about the time my family got the internet and also I gave a sleeping disorder. And I’m too lazy and uncreative to think of another.

I think less people makes it harder to get lost so it’s worth commenting. If you sort Reddit by hot, there’s already thousands of comments and most likely no one is ever going to see your post. So why bother? Most of my posts on Reddit are in small subreddits for pretty much the same reason I comment more here.

I like Budgie. It looks nice, lightweight, and doesn’t get in the way. There’s a few missing features but I like that it’s a smaller community project.

I’m pretty short and one benefit of the adjustable standing desk I hadn’t considered is that I can make it lower and actually sit comfortably.
