Honestly beautiful
There's a bunch of hardbass I like that's usually in Russian or some other slavic language Mostly listen to Uamee
Honestly pretty slow lately
I've gotten to the point that I can talk to people and stuff in my target lang and I find it hard to progress from there
I also want to start learning Yiddish, but after quitting duolingo and not having money for anything else, it's difficult to do much learning at all
Librelingo is the only thing I've seen close to what Duolingo tries to be, but sadly it seems under-developed and doesn't offer anything other than very beginner Spanish so far
Revolt devs are kinda hostile to other instances which is a shame
Tbh not even sure they really care about FOSS status, seems more like just a buzzword thing or maybe trying to pull a Duolingo

Before I killed it, I had 443, and easily could have kept going if I had desired
The layoffs and AI thing are only a partial reason for me leaving The whole volunteer shutdown when that happened, hiding 4 of their courses, and some other minor bad decisions made me stop Not to mention, Duolingo is very slow at times and doesn't teach any grammar unless you happen to be learning one of the 3 top languages
I've always disliked tieing my shoes but I just made myself learn this knot and I love it
