Confirmo que desde Lemmy no hay apenas ajustes. Es la alternativa más sencilla pero también la menos completa y no tiene nada para gestionar hashtags. Kbin es la mejor implementación del "Reddit" federado aunque sus grupos/revistas/comunidades no listen las publicaciones desde Mastodon, ya que con la gestión de etiquetas/hashtags ya es todo lo práctico que puede ser.

Buena pregunta. Por la API no exactamente (aunque es uno de los motivos) pero con esperanza de crear comunidades compatibles con Mastodon y Pixelfed sí. Aunque temo que para cuando estas últimas tengan la función de grupos Lemmy y Kbin queden desfasadas.
