Funny, I did this 2 days ago as the beeping was driving me insane. It was a 1 minute procedure: opened the UPS (5 screws) and just pulled the speaker off of the board with some plyers.

My PC is slow at everyting even though I have a really good hardware in c/[email protected]

You don't have "really good hardware". It's mid at best. However, what you are experiencing is not normal and most likely your PC is infected with a crypto miner.

You will have to format your PC and reinstall Windows.
