I am using a 14 year old plasma TV still, which were/are notorious for burn-in. It does have a few spots, but they're only noticeable if you're looking at a completely white screen. It made me not care about burn-in, kinda like how getting the first dent on your car is a relief after a while.
I'm going to splurge on a nice OLED whenever this thing breaks (I really wish it would break...I want 4K and all the new features.)

Not OP, but as a data point, I do approximately 2000-2500 searches per month. I'm obviously on the unlimited plan (an early adopter version of it). I'm in software development so I search a lot.
What is excess now may be needed later. I'd rather have it stashed away in case there are unexpected server expenses or something.
The script I use edits comments ("e" is what I have it set to), then deletes them. Reddit restored my comments as they were before the edit to "e". If that's what you mean by "sanitizing", that part is apparently not foolproof. Hopefully deleting the entire account doesn't get rolled back.
