Odysee is probably the biggest one, with a lot of creators having their youtube synced with it. Peertube is also an option, but I've never used it.

I've been using epik domains for the past couple years, they haven't been too bad. I had an issue registering a .com in the past couple months though, took a month or two for it to register.
