Well a) yeah I know I said that in my comment

And b) you can get a YouTube plugin for Kodi IIRC

So what's your point?

Too bad for us, yeah.

The people benefiting from this have more than enough money to stay comfortable and live a long life if the environment becomes hazardous, deadly and inimical to human life.

It's the masses who will suffer, who will be forced to live in tiny bunkers just to survive and work for the capitalists, never going outside until an extreme weather event wipes them away despite their budget bunker

And the capitalist ruling class will say "oh look more space to expand my summer bunker"

Yeah we looked into a shield recently because we know someone who has one and we really liked it, plus I've heard it can be locked down and side loaded decently

But then we saw the price of one and are not willing to spend more than half the cost of a brand new 4k tv on a little box to stream from our media server and Netflix...

Thank you for sharing this, it looks really promising

I'm tired of only hearing of Kodi suggested in threads like this. I don't get why it's so popular, it's confusing for non-tech oriented people, you can't stream, YouTube functionality is questionable, the interface is dated looking and IMO an eyesore...

Some people like Kodi and that's great but it sucks balls for other people and there's barely ever any mention of any sort of alternative (like your comment)

These threads are usually just:

"I need a device or software for watching tv that works with a remote"

Kodi Kodi Kodi jUsT uSe A lApToP Kodi Kodi Laptop + HDMI cable

Furthermore, for sterilization 70% is more effective because the other 30% is water, which helps ensure everything is exposed to isoprop for long enough and bacterial cells take in the isoprop and die (because water passes through the cell membrane, taking isoprop into the cell with it), rather than 'hunkering down' and surviving until the solvent is gone

However for cleaning electronics, the water content is bad because it does not dry quickly and can cause corrosion, so 99% is needed

So the percentages have varying uses and should be chosen based on the task at hand

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to find a self hosted and hopefully FOSS alternative to flickr for photo organization and viewing

The sharing with friends part isn't important

What we're looking for is a way to store collections of photos, organized and viewable the same way as Flickr

This person takes a ton of photos all the time but they want a place to store the best/only the highlights/their favourites, organized into albums by destination/location/vacation and most importantly easily viewable to reminisce about the good times

They used to use Flickr for this until it wasn't free anymore
