I don't like that the author implies they should make DayZ more fast paced and focused on short rounds like the Battle Royale genre that sprung in part from DayZ mod mods. DayZ is a unique experience to me because of its slow pacing. I don't have the time to play anymore but hours long gun fights and stand offs with characters that I kept alive for weeks of in-game time were exactly what made DayZ stand out from any other experience out there. There's dozens of fast paced Battle Royale style games out there already, DayZ 2 doesn't need to add to that list. If they can create a more stable and polished experience by reworking the core game then that'd be what I hope to see from DayZ 2.

It's worth noting that Switzerland is not in the European Union, which is the entity that probably has jurisdiction over copyright in a lot of the cases you're describing.
Yeah you absolutely are in danger of people denying you the hormone blockers out of transphobia. Hopefully you are in a place where this isn't tolerated.
Yeah it lags behind because Chromium is developed by Google, which is the 4th biggest company in the world. And Safari is obviously from Apple which is the largest company in the world. I don't think the fact that Mozilla lags behind should upset anyone. The fact they can compete at all is impressive I think.
It's not accurate because it's a joke, I thought that was pretty clear
I loved my S3, except the back cover was really flimsy and started warping over years of use. I had friends with S3s where the back would fall off and the battery would fall out randomly.
Hopefully it makes the phones slightly more expensive but with no compromises on build quality. I hate the glass backs but the S3 back cover was also far from ideal to me.
You mean bend over and take it?
Can't really expect developers to account for 100× slower file loads with maps and assets streaming in, so it makes sense. SSDs aren't really less available either. The only issue is that games these days are enormous in terms of disk space requirements.
Yeah it feels a lot more like an old school forum.
The logging in confused me too. When I'm accidentally not logged in things don't load very well either.
Reddit has such a huge community and so much existing content that it'll take a lot to be a threat to that aspect of it, but I don't think that should be (or needs to be) the goal, short or midterm anyway. It can fill a more niche market for now and grow from there.
Republicans did claim that. They will lie about their opposition because a bunch of them are fascists. Respectability politics does nothing to solve that, fascists won't care how respectful you are to them. Fascists already felt justified in their attack on the capitol and many Republicans in power still refuse to acknowledge that it was not justified. Current conservative rhetoric regarding transgender people is explicitly genocidal.
