The wiki is here but basically a transporter incident merged Tuvok and Neelix. The resulting entity Tuvix claimed separating him back into the original crewmen was basically executing him. Janeway did it herself after the doc refused to kill Tuvix.

One time I was working a late shift in winter and I just needed something warm. I heated up some water and just poured it into my coffee cup. My co-worker looked at me like I was crazy and told me I was a "weird cat" which in itself is kind of ironic. Then he proceeds to fill his coffee mug with diet dr pepper and walk out into a blizzard like it was nothing.

I went to one for the first time in years because I was starving and a shitty hash brown, breakfast sandwich and coffee sounded good. coffee half full, no hash brown and the sandwich gave me a three day bout of food poisoning. never again, I would rather not eat.
