It amuses me the amount of effort you've put into this instead of just simply googling the answer

Not to undermine your point but IMDB actually started on Usenet in 1990, 3 years before the World Wide Web became public. So it did technically exist, but it certainly wasn't a household name at that time.

HTTP 1.0 wasn't even finalized until 1996! Although browsers and web servers supported the 0.9 spec and implemented proposals from the 1.0 draft before it was finalized.

You have the opportunity to learn something and instead you throw a tantrum

There's a whole world outside of the US.

No. The US is not currently outright massacring citizens.

Could it happen? Sure. Is it happening? No.

Do you carry those documents on you?! How are documents at your house going to help you if ICE grabs you off the street?!

The one at the end. Subtraction is the opposite of addition. If addition adds a character to the end of the string, it must follow that subtraction would remove a character from the end of the string.

Building in the background is at 1001 R St NW, Washington, DC 20001.

It looks like the road (and fence) have been removed and the intersection is now a 3-way.

Yes. The point is Linux doesn't solve the problem of megacorps and it's not like Linux on phones isn't something that hasn't been tried before. Projects like Ubuntu Touch and Firefox OS went nowhere.
