You could try but I'm not sure if it would work your motherboard is B760, if you score lower with lower voltage it means undervolting doesn't work with your motherboard you need Z690/Z790.

Your CPU Vcore is reaching 1.356v underload that's too for 13600k, you are thermal throttling in multi-core test, try 1.250v to 1.3v, my 13600K or even lower at 1.2v,

If you want to get 24000+ you need to run Cinebench as "Run as adminitrator" this gives extra 300-400 points win Windows 11

1.67v Vcore is insane you're going to degrade and kill your CPU in the less a year

1.35v is the normal range for 14700k could go lower or high depending on your luck.
