You, cringe petit-bourgeois liberal: I hope the Polish Home Army kills more Nazis

Me, well-versed in theory and understanding that it’s wrong to wish death on goose-stepping class traitor proletarian foot soldiers of settler-colonialism: okay fascist

OOTL: Protests happen outside of synagogues holding sale of stolen Palestinian land. MSM outlets, right and “left”, react predictably. This was under a post pointing it out.

On the ad itself, I can’t help but wonder what goes through the hollow skull of a thin-blue-like MAGA hog who thinks ~~the Jews~~ George Soros is funding “antisemitism” while also controlling the Democrats bending over backwards for Israel because… reasons.

Sure is a wonder why Israel has so many friends from the likes of Bolsonaro and Milei supporters.

Inb4 liberal Zionists find the tweet and talk about how Israel is a pluralistic liberal democracy which needs to let the “right fringe” (ie. The Israeli Overton window) have a voice and that extends to all its overseas supporters.

“All of these countries are ethnostates! Why can’t we have one? Because we’re Jewish?”

“Because genocide.”

“Point being?”

Also admitting that you’d side against WWII partisans who killed German settlers (as had happened in the Zamość uprising among many other instances) as well as ANC-associated militias who attacked Apartheid government workers and Boer “farmers” is not having you beat the Hitlerite allegations any time soon.

Especially funny when you go down his own thread and see him bend over backwards to try to defend himself, like saying Ukrainians can have their own October 7th as a treat because it’s “proportionate”.

For the first time, I know what it's like to get an Atlus game (albeit on sale) only for the updated re-release to be announced not too long after agony-turbo

Truly nothing at all tone deaf about calling Lenin a mass-murderer while events transpire in West Asia and Africa as a whole and Palestine in particular, all while things are pretty shit for working people even in the Imperial Core.

I think the funny thing to me is all the chuds (namely Westerners but all over really) thinking there's some grand conspiracy by the education systems and media to whitewash and minimize the "threat of communism", as if they don't already demonize Lenin. If they did what they wanted and tried to paint him as a black-hearted baby-eating psycho, the propaganda would be easily transparent and harder to impress upon people, who'd then get their information from less bombastic and more "nuanced" sympathetic sources. Really, it's much more effective anti-communist propaganda to paint the Russian Revolution as a well-intentioned but doomed and bloody attempt at making a better, more "equal" world. It's why the CIA funded Animal Farm and not something out of deranged White Russian propaganda publications.

Also, on another post, of fucking course a bjp-cool is calling him a mass murder at a time when the Britbongs murdered millions of Indians in droves through starvation to keep profit margins good.

No wonder they hate anti-Zionist Jews so much lmao

I remember going to a “Mediterranean” chain regularly way back and enjoying what I thought was a normal couscous dish before I moved somewhere the chain didn’t exist. I didn’t learn it was Israeli couscous until much later when I tried making some Moroccan Couscous I got from a store.

Even if the actual couscous was great, I’ve been feeling nostalgic for pearl couscous and was wondering if there’s any non-Israeli brand that sells it in the US. Or at least a pasta that’s “close enough”.

While it's true all of Western Europe is guilty, there's a reason why people point to Britain first and foremost. Its empire was pretty much the codifier of what people think of when the word "superpower" is used. There wasn't such an uncontested concentration of power in a single polity that could be projected globally until the UK came out on top from the Napoleonic Wars then went on to subjugate Asia and Africa by the mid-late 19th Century, essentially becoming master of the world market and trade networks (at least until the onset of WWI). Not even the Spanish and Portuguese Empires held such a monopoly. Even after the start of Britain's terminal decline into becoming America's lapdog in the cold war, it still influenced world politics in ways that still affect us today (relevantly, it was originally Israel's patron power before the US supplanted them sometime in the 70s/80s).

This was about settler-colonial states in particular. Not to say I wouldn’t love to see the Bourgeois Russian state go through another 7-11-1917.

You see, social democracy came about because smarter heads in the the working class just kindly asked and voted the bougies to give them a bigger slice of the pie. It had nothing to do with those radical tankies, or the gigantic bear in the room in Moscow scaring the shit out of the said bougies. Bernie Sanders was able to coast his way into office and get shit done without being ratfucked whatsoever!

In seriousness, it's just darkly hilarious to me that we've come full circle on a century's worth of concessions being rolled back, and the supposed "socialists" in the West are somehow more up their own asses than the old Social Democratic parties, who at least understood some class analysis.
