Microcenter is the best. You won't be disappointed. Rocking a 13700k same mobo and it's absolutely amazing

OP: any of those processors would exceed your needs, however, the most important part here isn't the CPU. It's the RAM. If having a ton of things open simultaneously is your goal, I would aim to have 32gb or even 64gb if you want to truly futureproof it. (I only even say 64gb, as the prices have gotten decent and if you can.. why not)

But either the i7 or i9 14 Gen will suffice for your needs. For a long time...

Just get some quality SSDs and remember to back them up as well.

The 13700k & 14700k would probably be the strongest. Especially, if you want to overclock.

If you never want to overclock, the 13700f & 14700kf are also good options, if you want to save a little $$.

i7 should be plenty for now and years to come.

Even a 12700k would do you right.

The 219.99 at microcenter by me for i7 13700f seems like a steal

OP said he wants Intel dude... Yes AMD is fine, but OP said he's had it, trusts them & wants Intel.

OP, could do a 13700f or 14700kf (or 13600 & 14600 if you want the i5 not i7)

Processor would do you right. I suggest the F, since you mentioned you won't overclock it. Save some $$$
