Sorry if the answer is dumb, but you have not tried a lot of google if you can not find any of the hardware comparison sites ("CPU-benchmark, versus, user-benchmark, cpu-monkey").

Try to shift the word "bottleneck" more to the back of your thoughts. It's not that necessary as you maybe think. Especially not in this case. Here the GPU is more likely to “bottleneck” the CPU but I would say think about it if you have a 1660... . Does not make any difference if you take the 13 or 14 here... go with the one you want to.
....No you do not have a bottleneck....(both Intel 13.Gen CPU and 40.Nvidia had release in October 2022).
The so called "best" should be the 14900k (of course), but you won't recognize thaaat much of a difference. If you have the money and the desire, treat yourself.
