I got a gluten intolerance and then a job in a warehouse. I ended up doing a ton of heavy lifting and eating high protein because i couldn't eat anything else.

Strangely, this is what makes the Federated system so much better than centralized systems. Lemmy.world goes down? No problem I can switch to one of my other accounts in an instant and keep going.
Star Trek has also set up their own instance for basically one community. They might have 3 by now but still basically the same thing.

If you really care, you wouldn't use paper coffee filters at all. There are many ways to brew coffee that don't use a paper filter.
