Legitimately? That guy can't legitimately be anywhere but prison after using fake electors. If we say the president is immune, which is bs then he should be in prison for sharing classified information to non clearenced individuals and he has admitted to it on tape... Legitimately he has one place. Life in Prison, or the death penalty as an enemy of the state.
