They guy is just saying thank you for your service. I think what you did was worth it. It only sounds like a dig at Trump because it's near impossible to say anything nice to anyone without it somehow being against him.

So the teeth are covered by your standard insurance, or is a separate you factored into the price? I'm used to health, dental, vision, and life all being sesperate here in the U.S.

I hope your right. Now we need 350 more of those mayors, 230ish new congress members, and 53 new senators and we can start to have a start

I agree that Silwa wouldn't normally win, but if you have centrists voting for Cuomo and Adams, some centrists and left of that voting for Mamdani, the 300,000+ voters out of a million that voted for Silwa last election may come closer than one would expect.

Hopefully it'll be 40% Mamdani, 20, 20, 20. But if it appears close I can see Cuomo or Adams "endorsing the other and dropping hoping to get a chance

Thanks, bookmarked!

Yeah, I haven't looked at much but it looks like Schumer supported the winning candidate because he won and is now going to need support to beat the Republican candidate when that time comes. So yes, in theory Schumer is going to say to vote for the Democrats, but would you rather him support Adams or Cuomo who are going to run as independents now, likely to ensure the votes are split for Democrats, or Silwa the Republican? I don't know much about Silwa. He's a 71 year old who focuses all his efforts towards crime it seems. Which being a Republican who is staunchly anti crime just means to me he will be trying to persecute the population for existing in any manner he doesn't like.

Is there an easy way to depict which version of Proton you should use for games based on age or even a site that maybe knows which games work best with which versions? I've found experimental to work on some, while not working at all the other day when I tried CounterStrike 2. Proton 9 worked fine with that though. I've seen some suggestions on installing with a different version than when running a game, but I never know if they just tried going down the list and then just stopping at one that worked.

Edit: Also in something like Lutris, if it works using the standard wine configuration, I usually don't alter it to proton, should I be for better performance?

This makes no sense. The vote was blue vs blue, and the guy defending him and people who aren't sure about him are blue.

You can't vote or be for against anything but blue in the primary for a democrat.

Unless of course you are just saying no one should have voted for the candidate that you seem to want in?

Isn't that the whole purpose? Jury deliberates. They all agreed on 4. Couldn't agree on 1. If you require the jury to be there day after day and you essentially hold them prisoner to do so because it is mandatory... How many days do you hold them until it is effecting their deliberation. If I make you miss your job for week, you may just agree to something to get out the door eventually. A hung jury can't occur if the judge just says "keep deliberating" so there must be some cut off

How could consequences for a civil matter be criminal. Just sounds wonky to me. It would be like saying marriage is a civil matter, but if you get divorced or cheat on them them it's criminal.

Ban all vehicles over 5000lbs to start without a specialized license and extremely heavy fees to have them. EVs are dropping in weight daily, ICE vehicles have been increasing in weight to dodge policies. One is a means to an end, the other is a means to profit.

Water Usage - My power/water company popped up showing my water usage from December 2023 vs 2024, it claims I used 24 gallons last year and 13 gallons this December. That can't be right... how much water do you use each month?

I fill water for chickens outside, water two small garden plots, obviously dishes, showers, toilet, bidet, and the washer machine should be using a lot more than that...

The article seems to be shittily written in my opinion but I figure if you watch the video (about a minute) it will get the point across.

My question lies in, do you think this will benefit the health of the people moving forward, or do you fear it being weaponized to endorse or threaten companies to comply with the mention of Kennedy being tied to its future as mentioned in the end of the article

Life does a lot, normally figures out how doggy works, but sorry for the language. If anyone here has worked in a cooler before, not just walk in fridges for restaurants or such I am looking for advice. They inquired about boots. I assume I need gloves, but what am I forgetting? ChapStick? Unknown? Please share and if you know what is cheap to acquire maybe recommend what you know. Thanks.

Does this burning at 200 j/g really mean it would be a lot safer or do you chalk this up to be company propaganda. Clearly it is a lot lower than gasoline, but since 600-900 proved to still be an issue, could this be enough to stabilize people's fears you think?

I recently read through this and was just curious what others thought the pitfalls or unforseen issues might be with quickly or steadily transitioning to such in a fairly environmentally friendly manner.

Hate the title name, but I think I have to use the article title as the title.
