Sounds good. Love the fever tree stuff.

What does not having an espresso machine have to do with resorting to buying bottles cold brew though?

I don't give a damn about Lemmy points, but you just said essentially the same thing as the above commenter and the Lemmy points are diametrically opposed. I love it!

It's not. I assure you there are far more outliers on the low end.

I asked myself and I had no idea.

I then looked to experts who make a career of studying theses things and are held to standards and peer review. There is a Cochrane review on this topic just updated last month. The answer is that yes it does help reduce childhood caries at least a little bit.

Look at all the beneficial change that realization has brought on too!

Realizing this doesn't mean anything is going to happen.

Have you seen current doctor visit note summaries? The bar is pretty low. A lot of these are made with conventional dictation software that has no sense of context when it misunderstands. Agree the consequences can be worse if the context is wrong, but I would guess a well programmed AI could summarize better on average than most visit summaries are currently. With this sort of thing there will be errors, but let's not forget that there ARE errors.

What about it?

It's 2024 friend. There are no such things as good upgrades. Enshitification dominates every damn time.

Looks like I'll have to give jellyfin a go. I've been pleased with plex and haven't yet had a good reason to transition (what can jellyfin do better than plex? )

No one wants to pay what anything is worth. Think everyone is getting up early on black Friday because they want to pay what things are worth?

The companies are less disgusting than the politicians that let them get away with it. Silly to expect companies to act morally. There needs to be rigid boundaries set by policy if this is going to change.

Also are you going to update if every three months when you change your passwords? Writing it down gives only a false sense of legacy access that will likely never end up working
