No, I like the rhythmic visual quality. And on a conscious level they make me feel happy about clean electricity. I see windmills every single day and they do not get old for me.

East Maine is so much better than West Maine.

I though it was all leftists, antifa, and FBI plants? Why would Johnson want to hide their faces? Unless the GOP has been lying about that. But they wouldn't do that, would they?

Born and raised in Kentucky, as were my parents and their parents -- fuck the government in that shit ass state. The governor is pretty decent but every other level of government is ass clowns all the way down. Glad I moved to a rational state when I did.

That is cheap garbage, but is it a McMansion? 3BR, 3BA, 3100 sq ft? For sure, it would be less expensive to tear it down and start over than try to fix that mess.

MS is getting so thirsty it's pathetic. All the Win 11 garbage and now this. It's sad really.

There are several good movies about Musashi Miyamoto, but for my money the best is the "Samurai" Trilogy, starring the legendary Toshiro Mifune as Musashi. The series is available in a fantastic edition from the Criterion Collection.

I had a friend who went as "sexy roadkill" a couple years ago. I really wish I'd gotten a pic.

Dude probably gets tons of farm subsidies from the government, too. But that doesn't count as "welfare" because the people who get welfare are "urban".

"mistakenly" is carrying a lot of weight there.

I'm rabidly pro-union but I'm OK with this. The union should provide.

Absolutely correct. And for more detail on how non-fiat economies work and why the deficit is essentially a fiction to keep bond markets functioning, I recommend reading "The Deficit Myth" by Stephanie Kelton. This also explains why the EU will never rival the US (TLDR: EU member states are not able to control their individual monetary policies).
