Software "passing" a written test where it has been fed all of the answers is not that impressive to me, except from a programming standpoint. From the intelligence standpoint, not so much. Just because it can pass the bar doesn't make it lawyer worthy. This software cannot think, and that is ultimately what you pay a lawyer to do. None of this software is coming up with new thoughts, it's just regurgitating what it has been fed.

I don’t see any reports of New Jersey having National Guard or Military on the streets.

I am also assuming that New Jersey doesn't have any optometrists, because some of the 'drones' they have shown on national news are very clearly passenger jets.

This might not be as edgy, but Poppa's House. I love Damon Wayans, and watching him and Damon Jr go back and forth makes my heart happy.

I had a particular set of notes stuck in my head for decades. Then one day about 10 years ago I finally managed to remember one of the words of the song, and with that actually managed to google the song. I thought it was something I would never hear again. That song is My Love is Alive by Gary Wright. I remembered the 6 notes in the bass line and that had been driving me nuts for decades.

Do me a favor and tell that to the Kerbal Space Program people. LOL.

You should try the fries Animal Style and In-n-Out.

Not a new discovery, but a discovery nonetheless. Friday afternoon after a long day at work is NOT the time to start up a game of Furnace. I thought my head was going to explode.

Also interested in joining a laid back realm. I too yearn for the mines. Love to fish, and will probably spend most of my time by the water seeing what I can catch, but I don't mind getting my hands dirty and getting down to bedrock.

All three Audioslave albums. I just love the fact that they gave Chris Cornell space and didn't all try and overshadow his vocals.

Gotcha. Well, I guess being an old guy and having never correlated someone's computer background to any kind of meaning other than they like that particular background, I guess I don't see anything into it. But hey, I work with a bunch of terminals all day long so there's not an opportunity to customize things there, and the one work machine that has a gui, I have just left the background as the default. That is a rule of mine, nothing personal on the work laptop.

This is a crazy good deal, and according to people on their discord, you can transfer the standard license to someone if you already have a licensed copy. You will also get the pdf copies from Paizo on their website.

The Round Rock Library is pretty amazing, and any Texas resident can get a card free and immediately check out books and media. There's no charge to get a card either, you just have to show up in person, which you were going to do anyway if you planned on checking out books.

A major highlight in my opinion is returning the books/movies and watching them run up the conveyor belt and get sorted... Guess I am just a big kid.

So I grepped out all of the nodes from the log files. Here's every node that participated. Just thought it makes a cool list.

Dear Austin,

The Circuit of the Americas has now been open for 10 years. I distinctly recall a number of politicians yakking on and on about how they were going to upgrade the infrastructure around the track when they were begging for money to get the facility built. Well, it's been 10 years and the people living there are still dealing with the same shitty ass roads that were there before, and the same shitty ass traffic. Only I am guessing now, that when an event is in town, they have to hunker down like it's a winter storm. What happened? Is it too much for the place to do what they said they would do, and get some better roads going in and out. And before it gets said, I mean roads that us plebs have to take, not the toll road. It's complete bullshit that it has been a decade and I am still having to deal with the same horrific traffic situation to get to the track. I truly feel sorry for people who have to live near there. Damnit Austin, we can really do better. But I guess the people who can get shit done are just helicoptered in so they don't have a clue, and they are just too busy counting money.

Fig
