At the very least he is very lazy, a while back in Congress he was called out for having a 48% assistance to his job voting for laws. In other words, dude just chilled at home and then would complain about the laws that passed in his absence (him screaming is what gets people moist).
If we're lucky, maybe he will half ass it enough to not do too much damage, maybe play some golf like a similar screaming politician.

I feel like the idea that women are otherworldly creatures instead of people and seeing someone being nice to their partner as "the man having tamed a female and convinced her to treat him well" has a lot to do with his problem.
