Market prices are definitely subjective so this is a dumb take
Strong disagree with 1, should be the opposite. Give the VAR ref more control, take the pressure off the on field ref. Now the refs have to overthink every decision cause they don't want to be judged wrong. 4 is the only reasonable idea
For point 4 there will always be a line. You're just moving the line to however far is now deemed too far offside
Obviously it's not perfect, but it's better than the old rules, and I believe it helps to keep prices down for "second tier" clubs
